All the Client needs to do is send us the inquiry with the job description, scope of responsibilities of the jobholder and the plan for mobilization schedule.
Then we will source, screen and interview the candidates and shortlist three resumes for each position and submit to the client.
We will in parallel; submit the commercial proposal to the Client including the rate with the terms and condition.
Once a candidate approved/selected by the Client, and having accepted our commercial proposal, the Client will issue the contract between the Client and PT. PARAS MEGAH UTAMA, and will ensure signature by both parties. PT. PARAS MEGAH UTAMA will then sign a contract with the Job Holder/Designee, with the same terms and conditions as the main contract from the Client. PT. PARAS MEGAH UTAMA will assume responsibility for person’s administrative and personal well being throughout the contract period.
We deal with all the paperwork related to immigration, work permit and supporting documents, and we cover all expenses related to the mobilization process (air tickets, visa application fees, relocation expenses).
During the assignment, PT. PARAS MEGAH UTAMA handles the payroll, insurance for health and evacuation (if necessary), yearly medical checkup and rotation/on-leave expenses for its personnel.
At the end of the contract, PT. PARAS MEGAH UTAMA takes care of demobilizations expenses.
In case of emergency (sustained illness, death, unexpected hazard, etc), PT. PARAS MEGAH UTAMA will be responsible for finding an immediate replacement.
